The center was founded since 1/1/2007 according to memorandum of service number 26870/personnel/technical on 3/11/2006.
Second: the missions
The missions commissioned to the strategic research and studies center can be summarized as follows:
- Preparing strategic researches and studies.
- Analyzing books and studies.
- Studying draft laws and treaties.
- Analyzing national issues.
- Keeping up with local, regional and international developments.
- Studying current and potential enemies,.
- Conducting scientific researches and specialized studies.
- Coordinating with specialized agencies and Staff.
- Keeping up with technological and scientific developments.
- Establishing connections between the Center and other similar centers.
- Documenting lectures, researches and seminars.
- Conducting diverse intellectual missions and activities.
