412 Syrian individuals and 2 Bangladeshis arrested in different regions and confiscating motorcycles and cars with no legal documents

The Army Headquarters - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:


Deployed army units indifferent Lebanese regions performed a series of raids that included residences and camps of Syrian refugees in the south, Bekaa, North, Keserwan and the Southern Suburb, where they arrested 412 Syrian individuals and 2 Bangladeshis, some of them for infiltrating into the Lebanese territories, others for unlawful roaming inside the Lebanese territories. Army forces also confiscated with the arrested individuals 61 motorcycles and 6 cars with no legal documents.
The arrested individuals were turned in along with the confiscated items to the competent authorities in order to take the necessary measures.
