Exexcuting exceptional measures on the occasion of Easter

On the occasion of Easter which is celebrated by Eastern Orthodox churches and related ceremonies in different Lebanese regions, army units began taking exceptional security measures around celebration locations, shopping centers and churches. These measures consisted of setting up checkpoints, and dispatching vehicle and foot patrols as well as setting surveillance spots in order to facilitate the daily commuting of  citizens and to preserve their peace and security while participating in their ritual religious ceremonies.
