Syrians and Lebanese citizens arrested in different regions

The Army Command- Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Army forces stationed in Deir Aamar – the North and Wadi Anjar – the Bekaa arrested 22 Syrians. Some of these individuals were arrested for sneaking into Lebanese territories and others for the felony of unlawful roaming. A Van, 7 cars and one motorcycle without legal papers were confiscated during this arrest. In related news, an Army patrol arrested the Palestinian Sameh Khalil el-Sheikh Ahmad and the Lebanese Asem Mouharram in the town of Fardis – South Lebanon. The arrested individuals were attempting to leave Lebanese territories and sneak into Syrian territories through the barren hilltops of Chebaa. In Ablah – the Bekaa, army forces arrested the Syrians Omar Hussein el-Saleh and Radwan Mohammad Safaya for the crime of stealing archeological items and attempting to sell them. A Quantity of the mentioned items was seized during the arrest.
The arrested individuals and the confiscated items were handed over to the competent authorities in order to take the necessary measures.
