Visitors of the LAF Commander

LAF Commander General Jean Kahwagi received in his office in Yarzeh the Chief Of Staff in the Korean Army General Jun Kyu Jang who was heading an accompanying delegation, with the presence of Korean ambassador to Lebanon Mr. Lee Yeong - Man, where they discussed the bilateral relations between both armies as well as the mission of the Korean unit operating under the UNIFIL Command.
Moreover, General Kahwagi received the Commander of the UNIFIL, Major General Michael Perri on the occasion of him assuming his new responsiblities. During the visit, discussions focused on the situation at the southern borders as well as the coordination between both sides in the frame of implementing resolution 1701.
