There is a long history between UNIFIL and Lebanon since 1978, but after 1701, its role in the south of Lebanon took another faces, and its mission is to monitor, support and assist. The main face is to control the security, shoulder to shoulder with the Lebanese armed forces «LAF» to protect the blue line, and they maintain a great and Strategic relationship with them in several sectors.
