2 suspects arrested in Dahr el-Ahmar – Rashaya for the crimes of theft and drug use

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

A Lebanese Army Directorate of Intelligence unit arrested in the town of Dahr el-Ahmar – Rashaya the Syrian nationals (B.H) and (M.H) while driving a dark blue GMC with a forged license plate and for their involvement in crimes such as theft, drug use, stealing money from a Syrian displaced camp in the town of el-Marj on 20/6/2020. During the arrest, army troops seized a military weapon, ammunition, narcotics and marijuana.

The suspects and the seized items were turned in to the valid judicial authorities and investigations were initiated.
