An army patrol was exposed to a shooting in Dar el Wassaa – Baalbek

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On this date, at 11, while an army patrol was passing by Dar el Wassaa – Baalbek, it came under heavy fire coming from armed individuals and returned the fire, resulting in the injury of 5 soldiers. LAF units reinforced their deployment in the region and the perpetrators are being followed up in order to be arrested and turned into the relevant authorities.
