The Army turned in a wanted outlaw to the judicial authority

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

The Intelligence Directorate turned in to the competent judicial authorities the Syrian Alaa Khaled Kahil for his affiliation to the terrorist organization “ISIS” and for his participation with others in attacking army posts and units in Ersal.
