Arrests in different regions for the crimes of opening fire and the possession of weapons

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
Army forces deployed in Shiyah and Rashidiyeh the Lebanese citizen Zakariah Ali Chahine and the Palestinian national Ali Walid el-Khatib for opening fire with military weapons during previous incidents.
In related news, army forces stationed in Ghbayreh arrested the Lebanese citizen Issa Hussein Allaw for the crime of opening fire at several occasions using military weapons and targeting the residences of citizens. Furthermore, In Rahbe – Akkar, and in Bohsas – Tripoli, army force arrested Omar Ibrahim el-Khory and Salim Sobhi el-Hajjar for the possession of light military weapons and a quantity of ammunition.
The arrested individuals and the seized items were turned in to the competent authorities in order to take the necessary measures.
