Ceremony in honor of Major General Mohsen Fneich who retired on pension

Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun headed a ceremony in honor of the member of the Military Council – Director of the General Directorate of Administration Major General Mohsen Fneich on his retirement on pension. The ceremony was attended by Army Chief of Staff Major General P.S.C Hatem Mallak and the members of the Military Council as well as a crowd of officers of the Military Command.
General Aoun delivered a speech on the occasion where he praised the achievements of Major General Fneich who left his imprint over all the posts that he was charged with. He commended the steps taken by the General Directorate of Administration with the aim of developing it and boosting its capabilities. Furthermore, General Aoun applauded the exceptional efforts that Major General Fneich has invested during his post as a member of the Military Council. In his turn, Major General Fneich expressed his gratitude to the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun for the honoring and vowed to remain loyal to the Military Institution that forms the guarantee to Lebanon’s stability, sovereignty and independence.
At the end of the ceremony, General Aoun offered to Major General Fneich the Army Commemorative shield as a token of appreciation and gratitude.
