The Directorate of Intelligence turned in to the relevant authorities Palestinians Al-Mountaser Bellah Adel el Sarif and Youssef Khalil as well as Syrian Mahmoud Fouad el Haj Ali

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

The Directorate of Intelligence turned in to the relevant authorities Palestinians Al-Mountaser Bellah Adel el Sarif and Youssef Khalil as well as Syrian Mahmoud Fouad el Haj Ali, the first and second for belonging to the group of fugitive terrorist Fadi Ibrahim Ahmad Ali Ahmad, AKA “Abou el Khattab”, affiliated with the terrorist ISIS organization inside Ain el Helwe camp and for planning terrorist acts, watching soldiers in order to eradicate them, buying explosives and detonators from Ain el Helwe camp to be used in manufacturing bombs and explosive belts, hiding terrorist members with assignment from “Abou el Khattab”, providing fake Palestinian IDs to them in order to facilitate their movement and transferring money for the mentioned terrorist group through a specialized office belonging to the Syrian arrested individual.
