Executing a raid in Hawrtaala

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

An intelligence directorate patrol raided on 18/05/2018 in Hawrtaala he residence of Mohammad Hatem el Masri, wanted by several security warrants for opening fire from combat weapons and rockets. During the raid, the patrol came under fire through combat weapons from the mentioned house, thus causing the troops of the patrol with no injuries being registered. As a result of the operation, el Masri and his brother Hassan and Syrian Abd el Karim Abd el Hakim Mohammad were arrested and several combat weapons and ammunition were confiscated while investigation was started with the arrested individuals under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
