Follow up to the previous statement concerning a terrorist group which opened fire towards an army post in Araman – al Minya

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
Following the previous statement concerning the opening of fire by a terrorist group towards an army post in the northern area of Araman – al Minya and resulting the martyrdom of two soldiers, it was discovered that the slain terrorist Omar Bres was riding a motorcycle and trying to enter the army post, where the guards confronted and killed him.
After searching the body, they found hand-grenades and an explosive belt meant to blow up inside the post.
The Military Expert worked on dismantling the explosive belt and blew it.
