The graduation ceremony of soldiers whose services were prolonged
The graduation ceremony of soldiers whose services were prolonged was held in the Engineering Regiment – Werwar after having finished their training period. The ceremony was headed by the 1st assistant of the director of Intelligence Brigadier General P.S.C Ali Chreif, representing the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun and was attended by the parents of graduates and several officers. During the ceremony, General Chreif delivered a speech on the occasion which included:
“in the near future, you will be deployed to your army units all over the country so that you begin performing missions of defense, security and development along with your comrades. Therefore, I call upon you to work on developing yourselves through gaining further military and general expertise and to abide by the law and regulations and discipline as well as be completely prepared to execute different missions that you will be charge with”.
At the end of the ceremony, a military parade took place in which the graduating units participated.
