An honoring ceremony for the families of martyr officers at the officers club in Yarzeh

A ceremony honoring the families of martyr soldiers was held at the Officers Club – Yarzeh with an invitation from Mr. Hassan Bcherrawi. The ceremony was attended by the president of the club Pilot Brigadier General Kamil Faysal representing the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun and several guests and journalists and included the distribution of monetary aid and gifts. Furthermore, the representative of the Armed Forces Commander delivered a speech on the occasion in which he saluted the families of martyr officers and extended his appreciation to the inviting host for his generous initiative. Brigadier General Faysal also confirmed that the trust between the army and citizens is mainly due to the sacrifices of our brave soldiers and officers who was sacrifices their pure blood for the sake of their brothers in patriotism. What these heroes have done is a lifeline through which we were able to protect the nation and preserve its unity, sovereignty and independence.

In the end, pilot Brigadier General Faysal presented an appreciation letter on behalf of the Armed Forces Commander to Mr. Bcherrawi as well as the Army commemorative shield as a token of appreciation and gratitude.
