Individual arrested in Nabha– Bekaa

The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate backed with army troops arrested in Nabha - Bekaa the individual (A.A) for opening fire on 11/12/2020 in Hay al Sellom, towards 3 persons which led to the death of one and the wounding of others.
During the arrest, the aforementioned individual opened fire towards the patrol, resulting in damage to several vehicles without casualties.
The patrol also seized military weapons and two grenades.
An investigation has been initiated under the supervision of the valid judiciary authorities.
