Individuals arrested and an amount of material prepared for smuggling seized

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On 25 and 26/04/2021, the army units, deployed in the North and Bekaa, arrested 3 citizens and 6 Syrians and seized 2 cisterns, a pickup and a van loaded with 32.000 liters of gas and 9.000 liters of diesel, set for being smuggled into Syrian territory.

The seized items were handed over to the competent judiciary authorities.
