A Joint Drill Between The LAF And a German Warship

Units from the naval and air forces in the LAF executed a joint tactical drill with German warship FGS Magdeburg, belonging to the naval forces operating under the UNIFIL Command in the naval spot facing Sidon concerning monitoring and intercepting a suspicious ship. The drill included disembarkation from helicopters to the ship using the fast rope technique, raids and search operations.

This drill comes in the frame of the military cooperation between the LAF and the UNIFIL.
