Joint Naval drill between the Army and UNIFIL

Army units of the Navy and the Air Force assisted by the German warship “FGS MAGDEBURG” operating under the banner of the UNIFIL naval force a tactical drill in the naval area facing the bay of Jounieh. The drill simulated detecting and intercepting a suspicious ship and included landing operations, raids, search and evacuations.

This drill comes as part of the military cooperation between the Lebanese Army and UNIFIL.
