Kidnapped persons released in Baalbek

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 27/04/2022, after a series of monitoring and follow-up operations, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in Ayaat – Baalbek, set free during a special operation, the kidnapped Egyptian Sadek Rolly Gebriel who was kidnapped on 16/04/2022 in Al-Taibah – Baalbek while filming a TV series.

Between Dar El Wasaah and Bodai, a patrol from the aforementioned directorate set free the citizen Akram Jomaa, who was kidnapped on 26/04/2022 in front of his residence in Lala – Western Bekaa.

Investigations were initiated and follow up is ongoing to arrest the kidnappers.
