Meetings of General Aoun

Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the Ambassador of France to Lebanon Mr. Bruno Foucher accompanied by the French Defense Attaché Colonel Christian Herrou. Discussions during the visit addressed the general situation in Lebanon and the relations of cooperation between the armies of both countries. General Aoun later met with the Ambassador of Belorussia in Lebanon Mr. Alexander Bonomarev who headed an accompanying delegation  and discussions during the meeting focused on the means to boost bilateral relations between the armies of both countries. General Aoun also received the Secretary General of the Lebanese – Syrian Higher Council Mr. Nasri Khoury and addressed with him matters related to the situation at the Lebanese – Syrian border. He then received Ms. Micheline Helo widow of former MP Michel Helo with an accompanying delegation.
