Raiding several residents of wanted individuals and arresting an individual in Knayse – Bekaa

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

In the frame of security measures taken by LAF units in different Lebanese regions and as a result of followup, the LAF raided on this date at 5.00 the residences of several wanted individuals and arrested in Knayse – Bekaa Ibrahim Ali Zaayter and confiscated in his residence a rifle and 14 empty cartridges as well as belonging ammunition.

The LAF also raided the residence of Faraj Qassem Zaayter without finding him. They confiscated an unidentified white powder, weighing 55 Grams, 2 surveillance cameras and a tank containing an unknown substance as well as a glass bottle containing acid in addition to 5.5 Kgs of Hash.

The arrested individual was turned in along with the confiscated items to the relevant authorities and investigations were carried out.
