Raids and arrest of wanted individuals in Qob Elias – Beqaa

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On 09/01/2022, an army force raided a number of residences in Qob Elias – Beqaa and arrested 11 individuals wanted under several arrest warrants for shooting in the air on New Year’s Eve.

The investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
