Turning in Omran Hayssam el Daqaq to the relevant authorities for belonging to the cell of the dead terrorist Oussama Mansour and for participating in the clashes of Tripoli

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
 The Directorate of Intelligence turned in to the relevant authorities Omran Hayssam el Dakak for belonging to the cell of the dead terrorist Oussama Mansour and for participating in the clashes of Tripoli as well as planning to target LAF posts and patrols, manufacturing bombs, planting a bomb in Tripoli and target a military vehicle with in addition to surveying civilians and working on killing them.
