The Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun in his office in Yarzeh the governor of Baalbek – Hermel Mr. Bachir Khodr, then the head of Zahle municipality engineer Assad Zougheib, accompanied by businessman Nicolas Srouji. Discussions focused on affairs related to the Bekaa region. General Aoun also received the head of the Arabic Academy Award organization Mr. Rizkalla Helou along with an accompanying delegation, then the chairman of Dar el Handasa, engineer Talal el Chaer, accompanied by Mr. Roger Matar and Elie Feghali where they discussed different issues.
