Visitors of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun

The Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the Mufti of Baalbek and Hermel Cheikh Khaled el Solh and the Maronite eparch of the Maronite Catholic Eparchy of Baalbek-Deir El Ahmar bishop Hanna Rahme along with a delegation from the national dialogue meeting for the families and figures of Baalbek – Hermel. Discussions focused on affairs related to the region. The delegation commended the security measures taken by the LAF in order to preserve the stability of the region and reassure the villagers. General Aoun also received the media counselor of the President of the Republic Mr. Jean Aziz where they discussed the current situation.
