Visitors of the Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun

Armed Forces Commander General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh the Senior Advisor of the British Ministry of Defense in the Middle East Affairs Lieutenant General John Lorimer in the presence of Ambassador Hugo Shorter and British Defense Attaché Lieutenant Colonel Chris Gunning. Talks during the visit addressed the general situation in Lebanon and the region and the program of British Military Aid dedicated to the Lebanese Armed Forces. The visiting delegation headed to the briefing room where they watched a video summarizing operation “Dawn of the Outskirts”.

In related news, General Aoun received MP and former Minister Mohsen Dalloul with whom he discussed the general situation. General Aoun also received the Government Commissioner at the Military Court Judge Peter Germanos with a delegation of the military court judges and their discussions addressed judiciary issues.
