Visitors of General Aoun

LAF Commander in chief General Joseph Aoun received in his office in Yarzeh, the UN Special Coordinator in Lebanon Mr. Jan Kubitsch, and the discussion covered the general situation in Lebanon and the region.
General Aoun also received the British Defense Ministry Senior Advisor to the Middle East, Lieutenant General John LORIMER, with the British ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Chris RAMPLING, and the military attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Alex Hilton, during a farewell visit  in which he introduced his successor, Marshal Martin SAMPSON. Discussions covered ways to enhance cooperation between the armies of the two countries.
