19 Syrians and one wanted Lebanese citizen arrested for committing criminal acts

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Army Forces stationed in Ghbeiry arrested the Syrian Mohammad Mohammad Othman and Hussein Moustapha Moussa for the suspicion of their affiliation to terrorist groups. In related news, Army Forces arrested in Soueiry – West Bekaa 17 Syrians for the attempt of sneaking into Lebanese territories.

In Haret Hreik, army units arrested Hussein Akil el-Atrash who is wanted for the crime of opening fire using a military weapon in the city of Baalbeck and causing the injury of a Lebanese citizen.

The arrested individuals were turned in to the competent authorities in order to take the necessary measures.
