Arrest of 9 individuals in different areas as Part of security measures

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
As part of the security measures carried out by the military institution in various areas, 9 individuals have been arrested as follows:
-    The citizen (W.H.) and the Syrian (A.AA.S.) in Younine - Baalbek for driving a pickup truck containing drug manufacturing equipment. A sum of money was also seized in their possession.
-    The citizens: (R.M.), (R.M.), (M.M.), (W.M.), (H.M.) in Al Minyeh - Denniyeh, during a family clash arising feud that involved gunfire and resulted in multiple injuries. Two handguns were seized in the arrestees’ possession.
-    The citizens (A.D.) and (Kh.D.) in Abi Samra - Tripoli for failing to comply with the orders of checkpoint personnel. The first individual attempted to flee and hit one of the personnel, leading them to open fire at his vehicle, causing his injury. He was subsequently transferred to a hospital for treatment.
The confiscated items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
