Arresting citizens and Syrians in Akkar and confiscating several weapons and narcotics

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement :
 
On the same date, an army force raided the residences of several wanted individuals in Hishe – Akkar where it was able to arrest citizens Diab Ali el Ahmad, Saad Suleiman el Assad and Ibrahim Dahham Nayef, wanted for opening fire, as well as citizen Fadi Adib el Ali, wanted for manufacturing and trading weapon. Moreover, army forces arrested 4 other citizens and 1 Syrian individual where they confiscated light combat weapons, 1 hand grenade and some belonging ammunition and military equipment in addition to around 0.5 kilograms of narcotics.
The arrested individuals were turned in along with the confiscated items to the relevant authorities in order to take the necessary measures.
