الحرب الفكرية

تتخذ الحرب عدة أوجه وتتنوع مستوياتها بتنوع الوسائل القتالية وباختلاف ساحات المعركة، ويغدو هذا المبدأ أكثر وضوحًا مع طول أمد الحرب واشتداد العداء بين الأطراف المقاتلة. كما أنّ تلك الوسائل والساحات لا تنحصر في المستوى المادي الملموس وحده، بل تتعداه إلى المستوى الفكري لتصبح معركة عقلية تتصادم فيها الأفكار والمخطّطات والعقائد.

بمعنى آخر، إنّ التصدي للعدوّ ومحاربته لا يقتصر على جهوزية العتاد والسلاح والمقاتلين، واندفاعهم في حقل المعركة عند نشوبها، وصمودهم ببسالة في وجه العدو؛ فكل ذلك على أهميته، لا يكفي إذا لم بقترن بجهد فكري يستهدف العقل الذي يقف وراء جيش العدو وقواته.

لدى تطبيقنا هذه المفاهيم على واقعنا بالنسبة إلى العدو الإسرائيلي، ندرك أننا نحتاج في حربنا إلى عسكريين أشدّاء، على أهبة الجهوزية بسلاحهم وعتادهم، ونحتاج أيضاً إلى عقول نيّرة تتعمّق في المنظومة الفكرية الإسرائيليّة، وتستهدف دوافع هذا العدو ونواياه، وتحدّد نقاط ضعفه تستغلّها لصالح الوطن. ويندرج في هذا السياق بلا شكّ تعلّم لغة العدو لأنها الباب الذي يخفي وراءه تلك المعطيات.

كل ما سبق جزء لا يتجزّأ من استراتيجية الجيش وعقيدته القتالية، وجانب من الجوانب الأساسية التي تتابعها القيادة في رصدها المستمر للعدو الإسرائيلي، وسعيها إلى تحصين المؤسّسة العسكرية والوطن من شروره، فالحرب قائمة ومستمرّة بشكلَيها المادي والفكري، والقدرات الجسدية والقتالية لا تقل أهمية عن القدرات العقلية، في المسيرة المشرفة التي يتبعها لبنان منذ عقود طويلة، صامدًا بثبات في وجه عدوه الأول، لا يعرف الخضوع ولا التردّد.

Intellectual warfare

Warfare holds many aspects with various levels that are subject to different combat means and battlefields. This principle becomes clearer depending on the length of the war and the intensity of the combat between the fighting parties. These means and battlefields are not only limited to the material level. They surpass it to the intellectual level as it becomes a mental battle where thoughts, schemes and doctrines are at clash.

In other words, confronting and fighting the enemy is not only based on the readiness of the weapons and fighters and their enthusiasm in the battlefield during the war and brave resistance in the face of the enemy. Despite the importance of the previously mentioned, it is not enough unless it is combined with a mental effort that targets the mind behind the enemy army and forces.

While applying these concepts to our reality in terms of the Israeli enemy, we realize that during our war, we are in need of brave soldiers who are completely prepared with their weapons and equipment. We are also in need of bright minds that dig deep into the Israeli mindset and targets the goals and intentions of this enemy in addition to determining its weak points in order to use them for the benefit of this nation. In this frame, it is inevitable to learn the language of the enemy, as it is the key to all the data and information.

Everything that was previously mentioned is an integral part of the army strategy and combat doctrine. It is a main side that the command is always paying attention to during its constant monitoring of the Israeli enemy and its aim to immunize the military institution from its evil claws. The war is constant and persisting in its material and mental aspects and the physical and combat capabilities are no less important than mental capabilities in the honorable journey that Lebanon has been going through for decades, sturdy in the face of the first enemy, not acknowledging hesitance nor submission.
