Arrests of 17 citizens in several regions as part of pursuit and security measures

The Army Command- Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
As part of pursuits and security measures carried out by several military units and the intelligence directorate in several regions, a patrol resolved a conflict involving the firing of a military weapon and arrested 3 involved citizens for their possession of sharp tools.
Similarly, two army units arrested 14 citizens in the Beqaa region as follows:
Arrest of 11 citizens in El Garmicheh-Sahel el Ferzol wanted for possession of military weapons and shooting, and military weapons, a quantity of ammunition, and equipment were seized in their possession.
Arrest of 3 citizens in Qob Elias-Beqaa for their involvement in a conflict and firing that caused injuries; a military weapon was seized in their possession.
The seized items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
