PASSING OF MAJOR JAD NEMER

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation declares the sad demise of Major Jad Nemer who passed away on 15/3/2021.

The following information present a briefing of the late Major’s life and career:

• Born on 18/7/1984 – jal el dib –el maten
• Enlisted in the Army on 10/10/2003 and gradually rose rank of Lieutenant on 1/8/2006  and reached the rank of Major from 1/7/2019
• Received several medals and decorations as well as the commendation and felicitation of the Armed Forces Commander on several occasions
• Followed several training courses in Lebanon and abroad
• Married with one child

The body of the deceased will be transported from the central military hospital on 17/3/2019 at 10:00 to Hidab Jezzine where the funeral will be held on the same day at 13.00 and the burial will take place at the Church of Saint Charbel in the mentioned village near Deir Ktein.
