Visitors of General Aoun

The Lebanese Armed Forces Commander, General Joseph Aoun, received the Chief of Mission and Commander of the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF), Major General Nirmal Kumar Thapa in his office in Yarze. They discussed the general situation in Lebanon and the developments on the southern border.

General Aoun also received a delegation from the National Moderation Bloc, including MPs Walid Al Baarini, Ahmad Rustom, Sajie Atiyeh, Mohammad Sleiman, and Abdul Aziz Al Sammad. Additionally, he received a delegation from the mayors and heads of municipalities in East Sidon, and various matters were discussed during the meetings.
