Arrest of 3 individuals in Dbayeh - Metn and Abi Samra - Tripoli

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the Palestinian (AA.A.) and the Syrian (H.Sh.) in Dbayeh - Metn for drug use and trafficking, as well as for illegally roaming within Lebanese territory. A quantity of drugs and a sum of money were seized in their possession.

Additionally, an army unit, supported by a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate, raided the residences of wanted individuals in Abi Samra - Tripoli, arresting the citizen (AA.M.) and seizing a quantity of drugs, weapons, ammunition, and military equipment.

 The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the arrestees were initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
