The Wanted Individual Fadl Abdul Rahman Shmandar, Known as "Shaker," Surrenders to the LAF

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
On the evening of October 4, 2025, as a result of a series of communications between the LAF and the relevant authorities, the wanted individual Fadl Abdul Rahman Shmandar, known as “Shaker,” surrendered to a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence at the entrance of the Ain Al Hilweh Camp – Saida, for his involvement in the 2013 Abra incidents.
The investigation has been initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
