Arrest of Two Citizens for Involvement in an Armed Clash That Resulted in the Death of Four Individuals

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Following an incident involving an exchange of gunfire on March 29, 2026, in Jiroun – Al Donnieh, which resulted in the death of four citizens, and after surveillance and security follow-up operations, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested today two citizens (Kh.H.) and (AA.H.) for their involvement in the incident.

Investigations with the arrestees were imitated under the supervision of the competent judiciary, and efforts are ongoing to apprehend the remaining individuals involved.
