The Lebanese Army Conducts Raid Following Gunfire Incident, Seizes Weapons and Ammunition

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
An army unit raided the residences of individuals involved in gunfire during an altercation in the town of Iaat – Baalbek, seizing a quantity of weapons and military ammunition.
The unit also arrested two citizens (F.Z.) and (M.Z.), as well as a Palestinian (Y.S.), for possession of weapons and military ammunition.
The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the arrestees was initiated under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
