Clarification concerning the incident that resulted in the death of citizen Alaa Abou Faraj

The Army Headquarters – Directorate of Orientation issued the following ‎‎‎statement:‎

On 08/05/2018, a fire shooting clash took place in Choueifat, leading to the death of citizen Alaa Abou Faraj. An intelligence force and LAF units deployed in the region attended the location in addition to an ISF patrol. The LAF worked on preserving security while the ISF investigated in the incident with the orders of the relevant authorities.
