6 individuals arrested for attempting to smuggle a quantity of hashish from the port of Tripoli

On March 15, 2023, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the citizens (A.N.), (AA.T.) and (M.T.), and the Syrians (S.K.) and (S.M.) and (Y.M.) in the port of Tripoli for attempting to smuggle 90 tablets of Hashish packed inside cans of ghee, after they intended to transport them to Turkey in their trucks.

The seized items were handed over and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
