The Army Carried Out Raid Operations and Detained 15 Citizens in Mount Lebanon

The Lebanese Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

The Army continues to combat arms-trafficking gangs and pursue perpetrators of crimes and individuals disrupting security. In this context, on 30/12/2025, the Intelligence Directorate carried out raid operations on the residences of wanted individuals in Mount Lebanon, arresting 15 citizens and seizing a quantity of weapons and military ammunition.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
