The Army Command expresses its apology from the citizens due to the traffic jam that resulted from the measures taken in preparation for the central ceremony that will be held in Shafik el-Wazzan Avenue – Downtown Beirut in celebration of the Independence Day. The Army Command appreciates the citizens’ understanding in this matter.
