Army troops raided the residences of wanted outlaws in the town of Bouday – the Bekaa

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

On this day, a Lebanese Army Directorate of Intelligence patrol raided farms and residences owned by the wanted outlaws, Abbas Ali Saadoun Zeiater, Ghazi Mahmoud Chamas and Mohammad Mahmoud Chamas. The mentioned outlaws are wanted for the crimes of trafficking narcotics, however they were not present at their residences when the raids occurred. The patrol troops found large quantities of Captagon pills during the raid in addition to marijuana and equipment used in the manufacture of narcotics. The troops also seized during the raid different weapons and ammunition and two Syrian nationals were arrested in the process for the lack of Identification Cards.

Investigation is underway and interrogation is ongoing in order to track down the outlaws and arrest them.
