The arrest of 3 individuals for committing various crimes as part of security measures

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
As part of the security measures carried out by the military institution in various areas, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the Palestinian (K.Z.) in Badaro – Beirut for promoting drugs. A large amount of drugs along with an illegal motorcycle were seized in his possession.
Another patrol from the aforementioned Directorate arrested in Sad Al Bouchriyeh – Mount Lebanon for abusing drugs, robbery by force of arms, opening fire, and roaming without legal identification documents. An amount of drugs was seized in his possession.
An army unit arrested at Deir Ammar checkpoint – North the citizen (A.AA.) for possessing drugs and attempting to illegally smuggle Syrian nationals into Lebanese territory.
The confiscated items were handed over, and the investigation was initiated with the arrestees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
