Arrest of a gang for car theft in Bar Elias and a motorcycle thief in Beirut

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
An Intelligence directorate patrol arrested in Bar Elias – Bekaa individuals (A.R), (Ch.R), (M.H) and (Kh.R), for forming a gang for car theft and robbery. 8 cars had also been seized while being infiltrated through the borders from December 2020 until 7 January 2021.
Another patrol also arrested in Ring Bridge (A.R.A), for stealing a motorcycle on 02/01/2021 in Rihab, with the participation of citizen (A.N) who confessed to stealing several motorcycles in Beirut and selling them in different regions in addition to the abuse of Hash.
Investigations were carried out with the arrested individuals under the supervision of the relevant authorities.
