Arrest of an individual trying to smuggle Benzene

The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

Army units arrested in Baalbek the citizen (A.J) for driving a car with a fake number plate, loaded with approximately 570 liters of Benzene ready to be smuggled into Syrian territory.

The arrested and the seized material have been extradited to the valid authority, and investigation is being carried out.
