Arresting individuals for committing various crimes, including forming gangs for arms trafficking and motorcycle theft

The LAF Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

As part of the security measures implemented by the military institution in various areas, the Intelligence Directorate arrested 7 individuals as follows:

Arrest of citizens (J.CH.), (Z.AA.), (M.A.), and (J.AA.) in Bshamoun - Aley, for forming a gang for arms trafficking, firing shots, and using and trafficking drugs. A military pistol and a quantity of drugs were seized from their possession.

Arrest of citizen (Z.H.) in Lailaki - Southern Suburb (Dahye Janoubieh), for forming a gang to steal motorcycles, firing shots, threatening citizens, and using and trafficking drugs. A military weapon was seized from his possession.

Arrest of a citizen (W.AA.) and a Syrian (F.AA.) in Ghazir -Keserwan, for using and trafficking drugs. A large quantity of drugs was seized from them.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the arrested individuals has begun under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
