Arresting individuals in Naqqash and Bir Hassan

The Army Headquarters- Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:
An army patrol arrested in Naqqash citizen Raymond Boutros Abi Aad who opened fire last night from a combat weapon towards a citizen, leading to his death. Army forces also confiscated the crime weapon with the arrested individual. Furthermore, another army patrol arrested in Bir Hassan citizen Mahmoud Ahmad el Dorr for previously opening fire using combat weapons.
The arrested individuals were turned in to the relevant authorities in order to take the necessary measures.
